In recent years College Corinthians has stated a project which will result in a major redevelopment of the facilities in Corinthians Park. Phase 1 of this development plan included the extension of our existing All-Weather pitch as well as the laying of a new grass training pitch. In addition, the club will be looking to upgrade our car parking facilities during the summer period. The cost of Phase 1 has already exceeded €300,000, with still some additional costs to come in.
Plans have now been put in place to commence Phase 2 of our project which will see the development of a top quality, floodlit, full-size All-Weather pitch capable of hosing Club matches at all ages from under 6 to adult. The estimated cost of Phase 2 is in the region of €600’000. These are huge sums of money and represent a major challenge, but we can as a Club with the support of our members make these plans /dreams come to fruition.
To help fund these developments, the Club will be organizing several fund-raising events starting with a Golf Classic on Friday May 27th
