College Corinthians A.F.C. is a Cork soccer club based in Castletreasure, Douglas on the south side of Cork city. The club has an underage soccer academy for under 6 to under 11 boys and girls,  underage teams for boys and girls from under 12 to under 19 that compete in the Cork Schoolboys LeagueCork Youth Leagues and Cork Womens and Schoolgirls Soccer League. The club also has senior mens teams competing in the Munster Senior Leagues.

Underage soccer academy for boys and girls

soccer academy

Corinthian’ underage soccer academy (under 6 to under 11) takes place every weekend in Corinthians.

The sessions, which take place on Saturdays and Sundays, are open to boys and girls between the ages of five and ten.  Players are are coached in the basic skills of the game with the emphasis very much on fun and enjoyment.

New members are particularly welcome.

Corinthian’s Development Academy

Additional training opportunities with UEFA qualified coaches

The Corinthians Player Development Academy (U8 to U16) provides additional training opportunities for players. The sessions are run by UEFA qualified coaches, Joe Gamble (Irish senior international) and Craig Donnellan (Irish U19 international.)

The focus of the sessions are on the technical development of the players and to increase football contact hours. There is also specialised goalkeeping sessions.

Congrats to our U18 Premier Youth team who advanced to the Munster Youth Cup final following a 5-4 pen shootout win over @aislingannafc in Limerick. The game finished 1-1 after extra time. Jamie O'Brien scored the Cors goal & Jamie, Samuel, Brian, Liam & Jimmy scored the pens.

Cors U16A squad shared the points with Leeds in an exciting 2-2 draw, Eloi Nieto (2) scored for Cors that's six in two games but Cors will regret several missed chances in the second half

Cors U15P's beat Bandon 3-1 this afternoon in Cors Park. James McCarthy, David O'Leary & Eli Murphy Mckeon on the scoresheet with Sam Aluko excellent on the day for Cors.

Hard luck for our U12 girls that were bowed out of the cup today against a strong Midleton side 4-0. Despite the harsh score the girls played well and and the match was even enough, but two unstoppable rockets from Midleton before HT made the difference.
