College Corinthians A.F.C. is a Cork soccer club based in Castletreasure, Douglas on the south side of Cork city. The club has an underage soccer academy for under 6 to under 11 boys and girls,  underage teams for boys and girls from under 12 to under 19 that compete in the Cork Schoolboys LeagueCork Youth Leagues and Cork Womens and Schoolgirls Soccer League. The club also has senior mens teams competing in the Munster Senior Leagues.

Underage soccer academy for boys and girls

Corinthian’ underage soccer academy (under 6 to under 11) takes place every weekend in Corinthians.

The sessions, which take place on Saturdays and Sundays, are open to boys and girls between the ages of five and ten.  Players are are coached in the basic skills of the game with the emphasis very much on fun and enjoyment.

New members are particularly welcome.

Corinthian’s Development Academy

Additional training opportunities with UEFA qualified coaches

The Corinthians Player Development Academy (U8 to U16) provides additional training opportunities for players. The sessions are run by UEFA qualified coaches, Joe Gamble (Irish senior international) and Craig Donnellan (Irish U19 international.)

The focus of the sessions are on the technical development of the players and to increase football contact hours. There is also specialised goalkeeping sessions.

Cors U18Ps came from behind twice to draw 2-2 with Springfield Ramblers in the league in Cobh. The goals came from Geoffrey Zeph Sam O'Connell but Cors were left ruing a host of missed goal chances. The attention now switches to Sunday's Munster Youth Cup semi-final in Limerick

Corinthians goals in their 14P National Cup win were scored by Joey Byrne & Daragh Harongton and everyone contributed to what was superb team performance, well done to all concerned particularly Teddy the team mascot


Corinthians Under 14P made it through to the last 8 of the National Cup with a fine 2-0 victory over Letterkenny Rovers. Played in extremely difficult conditions with driving rain? Strong winds and a soft pitch, both sides battled hard to provide an entertaining contest. CTD

Hard luck for our U12 girls that were defeated today in last 16 round of national cup against a very talented Knocknacarra side. Despite of the opponent’s quality the girls played their hearts out and showed a great spirit in front of a big crowd.
