U15 National Cup Final 2018

Many of you will remember last year’s Under 15 National Cup Final when a record crowd of 2’500 attended a marvelous occasion with that particular Corinthians squad winning the Club’s first ever National Cup.  This year’s squad is managed by Stephen and Colm Bermingham and has already won the Premier Division of the Cork Schoolboys League. On their route to the final after qualifying out of the Cork area, Corinthians have defeated teams from Kildare, Dublin, Kerry and Carlow. They now face the ultimate challenge against National Cup specialists St. Kevins Boys

For many reasons this is probably one of the biggest games that the Club has ever played with for the first time in living memory two Cork teams contesting a schoolboy National Cup final. There is no Cork team in the other four finals from Under 12 to under 16 and they will al be played in Dublin.

With three finals taking place on the day involving games between Cork and Dublin Club’s, It is sure to be a fantastic occasion and we are asking all our members and families from Under 6 to Over 35 to come along and support the team in Turners Cross.

To this end we are asking all our Coaches if they could get their squads to attend on the day. With the final on in Turners Cross this is a great opportunity to get behind the team.
